Crispy Dough Pizzeria is a family-owned and operated pizza shop at 1514 Tremont St in Mission Hill, Boston — open until 1 AM Sunday through Wednesday and until 3 AM Thursday through Saturday, at (617) 445-7799. The goal, from day one: excellent service and superior quality, without cutting a single corner on the food.

What comes out of the oven

The dough is made fresh daily. The menu runs twenty-two pizzas deep — from a $17.99 build-your-own cheese to the House Special carrying thirteen toppings — plus twelve huge calzones, every one with marinara on the side, hot and cold subs, wraps, and pasta dinners served with fresh bread.

Open late, on purpose

The ovens stay on until 1 AM most nights and 3 AM on the weekend. You'll find the shop at 1514 Tremont Street in Mission Hill, a short walk from the Roxbury Crossing Orange Line stop.
